Booking Instructions
Please see below for important payment and booking details.
Note: If you are using a concession card, it must be purchased in advance and the code will be required during the booking process.
Step 1: Select your booking type
Choose whether you're booking a single session or a recurring class.
Step 2: Choose your class
Select your preferred class from the schedule.
If you’re booking a recurring class, please continue to Step 3.
If you’re booking a casual (one-off) session, skip to Step 4.
Tip: If you're using a concession card, we recommend booking recurring classes to secure your spot. You can always remove specific dates later or cancel as needed.
Step 3: Set up recurring bookings
Enter the number of weeks you'd like to book.
Click ‘See Availability’ (top right).
Then click ‘Add Appointments’ (top right).
Scroll down and click ‘Continue’.
Step 4: Enter your details
Fill out your personal details.
If you have a concession card, enter your coupon code/email in the ‘Package, gift, or coupon code’ field.
If attending casually, you can skip the code field.
Step 5: Finalise your booking
If you’ve entered a valid code, click ‘Continue to Payment’, then ‘Confirm’. No further payment is required—your balance will be automatically applied.
If paying casually, click ‘Reserve without paying’.
Need to cancel or change a booking?
You can modify or cancel your classes through the confirmation email or the reminder email sent 24 hours before each class.
To check your concession card balance
Click ‘CHECK CODE BALANCE’ on the booking page.

Concession card payments should be made via direct debit:
Account Name: Jessica Hannah
Account Number: 03-0751-0452948-003
Reference: Your surname & class name (e.g. Hannah, Pilates)
Your concession card will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
